2014 WTB Winter Ball Dinner Options
Option 1: Peppercorn encrusted beef tenderloin with a red wine reduction
Option 2: Grilled chicken breast with a cranberry-apple compote
Option 3: Butternut squash risotto (vegetarian/vegan)
Salad: Mixed greens with granny smith apples and feta cheese (ranch and raspberry vinaigrette provided on the table)
Soup: Roasted broccoli and cheddar bisque
Sides: Grilled mixed vegetables and garlic redskin mashed potatoes
Dessert: Creme brulee cheesecake and red velvet cake with cream cheese icing
