• Southern Paws Transport is founded by Liana Poirrier. We started successfully organizing transports to partner rescues in Minnesota and Colorado in 2012. We mainly organize transports for dogs that come from the North Little Rock, AR Animal Shelter where are founder is the rescue coordinator. We add dogs from other instances, when we can, but our goal is not focused on transporting dogs for others or coordinating transport for others - instead our focus is our temporary foster base and coordinating transport for the dogs that we have found rescue for
