WHO WAS FRANK WILCOX?Frank Reppy Wilcox was born in De Soto on March 13, 1907, the son of a railroad worker and law clerk. He went on to become one of the most prolific character actors in Hollywood, appearing in more than 400 films and television programs in a career that spanned five decades.The film festival will be a celebration of his work, including classic American television shows. It will also showcase his appearance in the Disney movie "Million Dollar Duck" with Sandy Duncan.
