Spain’s great New Year’s Eve tradition is coming to De Soto! Spaniards believe eating 12 grapes at the stroke of midnight means good luck for the upcoming 12 months. So come to the Arlington Event Center on Dec. 31, from 9 p.m.- 1 a.m. and celebrate Spanish style!
There will be wine and beer tastings, Spanish food and champagne, and music by the rockin’ RetroNerds.
Your $30 ticket to the event is your very own conquistador hat. Just print out your ticket and bring to the Arlington to get your hat. Revelers will be joined via a video link to celebrations in Hernando De Soto’s birthplace in Spain.
