FFI FlyFest 2026

FlyFest 2026 brings the fly-fishing community together for three days of education, inspiration, and connection at the Redding Civic Auditorium in Redding, California.

Headlining the event is renowned fly-fishing author, educator, and competitor George Daniel. Widely recognized as one of the most influential instructors in modern fly fishing, George has helped thousands of anglers improve their skills through his books, seminars, and teaching programs. As Director of the Joe Humphreys Fly Fishing Program at Penn State University, a two-time U.S. National Fly Fishing Champion, and author of best-selling books including Dynamic Nymphing, Strip-Set, and Tactical Fly Fishing, George brings a depth of knowledge and teaching ability that few can match.
