Since late January, Sunflower Chapter has been in the classroom for the 4th graders at Oberlin Elementary learning about the Milkweed in the Classroom project. The conclusion for this project is a field trip to Sappa Park where the students will spread pollinator seeds and plant milkweed and other pollinator starts. The Sunflower Chapter will provide to the students T-Shirts with a pollinator logo, plants that have been started in the classroom, lunch and photos.
Volunteers are needed to assist in the project on Thursday, May 4, 2023 at Sappa Park, 10:30 A.M.
