We are so excited to honor someone that gave so much to everyone he knew. Children remember his words as he kneeled and looked into their eyes: "I believe in you." It didn't matter what station in life a person held, in the heart of Rev. Swinney, all were the same. What a blessing he was. What a role model he was. Was he not Heaven sent? He was.

Join us as we honor and pay tribute to him. Join us as we remember him and cement his legacy for posterity.

Inspired by his work, a nonprofit-- Heart of the Village Coalition, Inc.-- has been formed. Proceeds go to further the advancement of children and their parents by affording access to essential services to enhance their quality of life.
