Details

This virtual workshop begins with guided journaling (which can also be used for art journaling, painting, or sketching).  Participants then receive a Full Reiki Healing Transmission.  We'll close the experience with a collective sharing of  highlights, "aha's", and clarifying breakthroughs.
 
No previous journaling or meditation experience required.  (All "monkey minds" welcome... we'll address our distracted minds in the workshop)
 
Participants will leave feeling lighter and more aligned with their authentic, creative self...recalibrated with clarity and connection.
