POSTPONED: Barnes Preserve Trick or Treat Trail: New Date: October 31st
New Event Date: Sunday, October 31, 2021. Times will remain the same. Please refer to your EventGroove registration for your time selections.
Refunds/Cancellations: If you have extenuating circumstance and cannot join us the 31st, you have until tomorrow, Monday, October 25th at noon to request refund so that we can open up your time selections to another participant. To request a refund, contact us via e-mail and we will follow-up with you.
Who: This fully accessible trick-or-treat trail is for everyone! Walking or rolling down the path, participants can come dressed in their costumes and trick-or-treat by knocking on decorated doors without barriers of lawns, steps or stone driveways.
How: Trick or treat participants will experience a fun 1/2 mile trail, a craft to take home and games! Vote for your favorite decorated door and scarecrows (new this year)!
Time: The event runs from 3:00 p.m. until 6:00 p.m., with reserved trick or treat times for up to 6 participants per time slot. The last group slot available is at 5:30 p.m. Plan on your trick or treat time on the trail to last at least 30 mins. Arrive before or stay after to enjoy the activities at the pavilion depending on your reservation time.
Cost: $6.00 per participant. Parents and chaperones are free and do not have to register.

Rain Date: Sunday, October 31, 2021. Participants will be notified via e-mail on October 24, 2021 by 1:00 p.m. if the event is re-scheduled.
COVID Policies: Adaptive Sports Ohio staff and volunteers are committed to safety. Masks will be available for use and disinfectant will be used on frequently touched surfaces. Participants are required to preregister and will be limited to 6 per time slot to encourage social distancing.
